Common questions from partners
Is there a minimum deal size?
No. We work with engagements from BC quick-deploy projects through multi-country enterprise
rollouts.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. In the referral model, we handle delivery but you keep the introduction and your strategic relationship intact. In white label, we operate under your brand without direct commercial contact with your client.
How do commission payouts work?
Up to 12% on implementation revenue and up to 10% on ongoing support revenue, paid as the client pays us. The exact percentage is agreed at the start of each engagement based on size and complexity.
How quickly can we go live as a partner?
Most partners are enabled within 2–4 weeks. Onboarding includes a kickoff session, demo access, sales materials, and an introduction to your dedicated partner manager.
What about CSP licensing?
In both partnership models, you can retain CSP licensing where you hold it — we deliver implementation and support around it.
Do you have non-solicit terms?
Yes. Both partnership agreements include explicit non-solicit terms — we don't approach your clients outside the scope of work you've referred or contracted us for.
